Texture from a CC0 photo source, completed in Blender — no AI involved. The images on this page are renders of the finished texture.
What do I get with the Cobblestone 01 texture?
Rounded cobbles with moss and soil in the joints, laid in courses — tileable in both directions. The purchase holds Diffuse, Normal (GL), Roughness, AO, Displacement (16-bit) and packed ARM, each in 2K, 4K and 8K as three separate downloads, covering 1.5 × 1.5 m per tile. It works in any engine that reads PBR maps — GIANTS Editor, Blender, Unity, Unreal, Godot and web viewers.

What this asset is
What Cobblestone 01 is
Rounded cobbles with moss and soil in the joints, laid in courses — tileable in both directions. The only one of our textures whose 8K is native rather than upscaled: the CC0 source was already 8192 px, and the height map carries true 16-bit with around 60,000 distinct steps.
One tile covers 1.5 × 1.5 m; the sphere in the viewer above carries the real displacement, so what you see is the material itself, not a mockup.
Where it comes from
From a CC0 photo source (polyhaven.com/a/cobblestone_floor_04), used at its native 8192 px without upscaling. We brought the maps into our naming scheme and derived the remaining ones in Blender from the source diffuse; the height map was taken from the 16-bit original, not from the JPG. No AI was involved at any step.

Questions and answers
Is the Cobblestone 01 texture a mod I install?
No. Cobblestone 01 is a texture package, not a mod — nothing goes into your mods folder and nothing appears in the in-game shop. You use the maps as material in your own project: in the GIANTS Editor, Blender, Unity, Unreal, Godot or any engine that reads PBR maps.
Which maps and resolutions does Cobblestone 01 include?
Diffuse, Normal (GL), Roughness, AO, Displacement (16-bit) and packed ARM — each in 2K, 4K and 8K, as three downloads (one per resolution) for one price. One tile covers 1.5 × 1.5 m and tiles in both directions.
Can I use Cobblestone 01 in the GIANTS Editor for FS25?
Yes. The package ships JPG and PNG; the GIANTS Editor reads both, and for the best in-game performance you convert the maps you use to DDS with the GIANTS Texture Tool — a one-click step. There is no ready-made i3d in this package, because a texture is a material, not an object.
Was the Cobblestone 01 texture made with AI?
No. Cobblestone 01 comes from a CC0 photo source (Poly Haven) used at its native 8192 px, with no upscaling and no AI at any step. We renamed the maps to our scheme and derived the remaining ones in Blender from the source diffuse; the height map came from the 16-bit original rather than the JPG.
May I publish a map or mod that uses Cobblestone 01?
Yes, commercially too, as long as FS Modworks is named in your credits. What you may not do is pass on or sell the package itself — for example uploading the download unchanged to another portal. That is the FSMW Asset License 1.0.
