Refunds

In short: you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. We look at every request.

How to request a refund

Email us within 14 days of purchase at contact@fsmodworks.com and include your order number (it is in your order confirmation and under “My account”). If we refund, the money goes back the same way you paid.

Coming soon: payment via Paddle

We are moving payment to Paddle.com soon. Paddle will then be our reseller (merchant of record) and handle payment, taxes and invoices worldwide. Purchases made through Paddle are covered by Paddle's Refund Policy, also with 14 days. You then request a refund at paddle.net or via the link in Paddle's receipt. We are happy to help.

Your right of withdrawal

Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected; details are in the withdrawal notice. For digital content it expires once the download starts, if you expressly agreed to that beforehand. That is the checkbox at checkout.

What happens after a refund

With the refund, access to the purchased content ends. For a membership the tier ends; for an asset the download disappears from your account.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the paid period, via “Cancel contracts here”. Your access stays until then. A period that has already started is not refunded pro rata.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and not a purchase. If something went wrong, such as a wrong amount, just email us.
