Cancellation policy (right of withdrawal)

In short: after buying a membership you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you want to download right away, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate supply — your right of withdrawal then expires once supply begins. Without that consent you wait out the period and keep the full right of withdrawal. The legally binding text follows:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FS Modworks, Thomas Honold, Schlesierstr. 10, 78315 Radolfzell, Deutschland, email: contact@fsmodworks.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. mod downloads), the right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (sec. 356 (6) German Civil Code, BGB).
