Metal Textures for FS25: PBR, tileable
Sheet metal, rust and bare patches — tileable, with real corrugation geometry instead of painted stripes.
The Metal category holds two corrugated sheet textures in 2K, 4K and 8K: Corrugated Metal 01, galvanised, at 0.684 × 0.684 m per tile, and Rusty Corrugated Metal 01, rusted, at 0.988 × 0.988 m (FS Modworks package data).
Corrugated iron shows up in FS25 wherever something had to go up fast: the shed behind the yard, silo skirting, site fencing, the roof over the old workshop. This category holds two sheets. Corrugated Metal 01 is galvanised, matt medium grey with a white-grey oxidation haze and vertical dirt streaks, with rust only as first traces at the screwed cross seam; one tile covers 0.684 × 0.684 m with 9 waves. Rusty Corrugated Metal 01 is the rusted version, with flaking paint, bare patches, rivets and a visible panel seam; one tile covers 0.988 × 0.988 m with 13 waves. In both, the corrugation is real geometry rather than a painted stripe, 76 mm pitch and 18 mm deep, carried through the height and normal maps. That is why the sheet still casts shadows in raking light when the camera looks at it almost flat.
Three downloads, one price per texture: six maps in 2K, 4K and 8K, diffuse, normal, roughness, AO, displacement and a packed ARM. The galvanised sheet comes to 20, 66 and 173 MB, the rusted one to 22, 70 and 238 MB. On the rusted sheet, metallic sits in the blue channel of the ARM: bare patches stay metal, rusted areas do not. In the GIANTS Editor the maps you use get converted to DDS with the GIANTS Texture Tool, while Blender, Unity and Unreal read the JPG and PNG files directly. Each texture sells on its own for 2.47 € and pairs with Cracked Concrete 01 where sheet metal meets concrete.

- How do Corrugated Metal 01 and Rusty Corrugated Metal 01 differ?
- Corrugated Metal 01 is galvanised and clean apart from first traces of rust at the cross seam, 0.684 m per tile with 9 waves. Rusty Corrugated Metal 01 is rusted, with rivets and a panel seam, 0.988 m per tile with 13 waves. Both share the 76 mm pitch and 18 mm depth.
- What resolutions do Corrugated Metal 01 and Rusty Corrugated Metal 01 come in?
- Both in 2K, 4K and 8K, all six maps in every resolution, as three separate zips for one price: 20, 66 and 173 MB for the galvanised sheet, 22, 70 and 238 MB for the rusted one.
- Is the corrugation in Corrugated Metal 01 real geometry?
- Yes. Nine waves per tile are computed to the 76/18 profile, and the normal and height maps follow from that formula. Rusty Corrugated Metal 01 uses 13 waves with the same 76 mm pitch and 18 mm depth.
