Support rules — how to get help

So we can help instead of guessing, please follow this order:

1. Use the search (magnifier, top right). A large share of questions is already answered — search covers threads and posts across the whole forum.

2. Remove third-party mods, then test again. Only our mods plus the map active, restart the game. If the problem is gone, it is a combination issue — then include the list of active mods in your post.

3. Problem still there: create a log.

1. Restart the game completely
2. Load the savegame where the problem occurs
3. Perform the action that triggers it
4. Quit the game — only then the log.txt is complete

The log.txt sits next to your mods folder: Documents/My Games/FarmingSimulator2025/log.txt.

4. Open a thread in the matching board (Mining Layers, Dig With Anything or Maps) — descriptive title, and paste the relevant part of the log.txt (error lines + mod load list) as a code block: three backticks before and after. There are deliberately no file attachments here.

Without a log excerpt we can only guess — and guessing is not support.

Also: always name the mod version and the map. If an answer solves your problem, mark it as the solution — the next person will find it right away.
